Lukaku had played the reverse fixture in Turin won by the Old Lady in September but he later picked up an ankle injury which has kept him out of action for over a month. He could make his comeback against the Serie A giants tomorrow (today) night.
Juventus visit Chelsea at Stamford Bridge tomorrow and a victory would allow the Bianconeri to win Group H.
"Tomorrow (today), we play for first place against the Premier league leaders and the Champions League winners", Allegri said at a press conference.
"Without Lukaku, they have different characteristics differently. They'll have fewer reference points and do more counterattacks.
"Lukaku is a reference point. They gain speed without him and defend differently".
